These group sessions are NOT suitable during first trimester of pregnancy or for those experiencing PTSD, severe mental health issues or active substance addiction. • 2/3rd trimester of pregnancy

• Tinnitus, menieres, hearing issues

• Metal implants from recent surgery

• Pace maker

• Epilepsy

• Other mental health issues or impact of trauma

Please do not consume alcohol or other mind-altering substances in the 24 hours before and after attending.
