Sounding the land, sounding the body (two harvest ceremonies for women)

  • Coskewis Near Nancegollan (map)

Two very special harvest gatherings for women, offering healing practise, celebration and ceremony; held within a magical Cornish landscape. In the harvest ‘gate’ between Lugnasadh and Equinox will gather on the land at Coskewis nature retreat.

Flow of the event - Sunday 2nd August

The afternoon begins with a welcome circle and a chance to share a delicious elixir blending the medicine of mama cacao with native plants (herbal tea option available).

Ali guides you in an accessible somatic yoga practise where we invite space, breath, awareness into and of the body.

We will venture out to meet the stone circle for a simple vocal toning practise, spiralling our voices through the elements with the support of the land.

You can then sink into a sound journey of drum, gongs, crystal bowls, flute and other elemental instruments within the snug sanctuary of the Coskewis healing space.

The afternoon concludes with an integration circle, tea and sweet treats.

You can book our second gathering on Sunday 13th Sept (see schedule for details).
