The taster afternoon will include:
A guided sound journey
A Q&A about the instruments I work with, the vision and format of the training and anything else that you would like to ask
Tea and cake!
About the training:
This comprehensive and experiential journey spans 12 months of training and 6 months of personal integration and one to one mentoring. The certification prepares you to offer group sound journeys (baths) and ceremonies as well as one to one sound therapy; accredited by the CMA you can gain professional insurance for your work. You will need to bring:
A yoga mat or something to lay on
Blankets, pillow, warm socks
Optional: eye pillow and bolster or cushions for extra support under knees
A cushion or bolster to sit on while we chat (chairs also available)
A note book and pen
A water bottle
