2hrs of gong, crystal bowls, hang drum & more!

Ali & Andy invite you to a special Winter Solstice gathering at Zedshed, Penryn. The darkest day, and yet a turning point, a chance to turn within and reflect on the year that has passed, before the festive stresses and excesses.

Opening with guided meditation and an invocation to the great elements; in this extended 2-hour sound journey you’ll be immersed in the golden light of the sun, earth & symphonic gongs. These majestic ancient instruments wash away the thoughts and tensions we no longer need; inviting us to a place of deep relaxation, inner wisdom and self healing. 

We bathe you in the pure sounds of 7 large crystal singing bowls, balancing the energetic fields and expanding into a sense of lightness. Weaving in the elemental sounds of shakers, drums, rain-sticks and the soft melodies of voice & hang drum!

Concludes with a chance to ground & share over a warming bedtime chai.

·             Contribution £15 per person early bird til 10th Dec, £18 thereafter, includes a warming bedtime chai (pre-booking only - link below)

·             Booking T&C’s: refunds will only be given up to 48 hours before the event if your place can be filled - and there will be a £5 admin fee. No refunds within 48 hours of event

·          Please bring warm layers & socks, a yoga mat or something to lay on, a blanket, a small cushion for your head, a scarf or something to shade your eyes
