Welcome to a series of intimate gatherings for women (group of 5). We will share a series of evenings in the sound temple, focusing on different elements to guide us through the energies of each season.

Autumn - metal - 8th Nov

The evenings begin with a chance to share over a cuppa; a cacao elixir for those drinking* or a specially blended tea for the season.

We will share a short drumming circle and meditation, Ali will guide you through the seasonal medicine of movement/ breath/ voice practises before laying down for a sound journey of gongs, crystal bowls and other elemental sounds. The evening concludes with a grounding snack and closing circle.

Priority will be given to those joining all 5 evenings then we will open up extra places.

*Please chat to me before the event about drinking cacao if: you are taking anti depressant, anti psychotic or heart medication; you have high blood pressure, low blood pressure; you are pregnant; you are sensitive to caffeine and other stimulants; you are recovering from serious illness. ‘Mama cacao’ is the spirit of connection with the heart of nature which joins us whether we drink cacao or tea!
