Thank you for booking with me for a group sound journey, I look forward to working together soon.

Here is an overview of what the session involves:

You will be invited to lay on the floor (with support of yoga mats, mattress etc) or sit comfortably (chairs can be provided). You will be guided in a centring practise (breath, body scan etc) and invited to plant an intention or inquiry before the sound, which will take around 50-55 mins depending on the event. I work with an intuitive selection of gongs, crystal bowls and instruments to create a meditative journey through sacred sound, which affects us differently each time; inviting healing physically, mentally, energetically, emotionally. There will be 5 mins or so of silence, for integration, before I guide you back and allow time for questions, sharing and grounding. I will provide suggestions for after care.

How to prepare:

Please be well hydrated and allow time to digest meals before the sound. It is helpful to keep the rest of your day flexible should you need extra rest or space to process.

What to bring:

You will need a yoga mat/ mattress, blanket/s, pillow for your head, warm socks. Plus some water to drink as needed. Please wear warm, comfy layers. Some people like to use an eye pillow and a bolster or extra cushions behind their knees. Please check with the venue (or Resonant Being) what is provided. For ZedShed you need to bring all your own equipment.

Your needs:
