Thank you for booking with me for one to one sound therapy, I look forward to working together soon.

Here is an overview of what the session involves:

When you arrive there will be a chance to settle into the sound temple; to check in over a cuppa about how you are feeling today. Depending on the treatment, we will get you well supported and cosy on the floor/ treatment couch or in the sound cocoon (a chair is also possible for all treatments). You will be fully clothed and I will discuss with you any elements of contact appropriate to the treatment. The sound will take around 55-75 mins depending on the treatment. There will be 5 mins or so of silence, for integration, before I guide you back and allow time for questions, sharing and grounding. I will provide suggestions for after care and follow up with you 1-2 days afterwards.

How to prepare:

Please be well hydrated and allow time to digest before the sound. It is helpful to keep the rest of your day flexible should you need extra rest or space to process. You may also like to consider your intention for working with the sound at this time.

What to bring:

All equipment is provided (although you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow). Please bring a pillow that is just the right support for your head.

Your needs:

Please fill in the form below with as much detail as possible. Particular precautions for working with sound are: pregnancy, tinnitus, pace maker, epilepsy and metal implants from recent surgery. Also if you are experiencing significant mental health issues or the impact of trauma. If any of these apply I may wish to discuss on the phone (after receiving your form) how we work together in an appropriate way for your needs at this time; or ask you to consult with your doctor.
