The sound journey is a sacred space for you to deeply relax, meditate and heal. Usually practised laying down, there is nothing for you to do except follow the sounds and absorb the vibrations. These welcoming group sessions take place monthly at ZedShed, Penryn - no experience is required. We have a special extended gathering each summer solstice when the light reaches its peak and then begins to recede, gradually tipping us towards the release of autumn and winter. We have the added energies of a full moon to support us! You are invited to stay on for a cup of tea and an energy ball to say thanks for your support this year and over many years of change.

You are completely guided by Ali throughout, from the opening meditation to grounding at the end. She works with large scale gongs as well as crystal and himalayan bowls, her voice and elemental instruments like flutes, drums and shakers. The sounds ebb and flow in a way that absorbs the mind and allows the nervous system and body to recalibrate and heal.

Everyone’s experience is completely unique, depending on their needs and energetic state at this moment. But common feedback that we receive from participants includes: sleeping better, pain and stress relief, releasing stuck emotions, mental clarity, spiritual connection and guidance.

• Please speak to Ali before booking if you have tinnitus, epilepsy, pace maker, if you are pregnant or have metal implants from recent surgery - or with any other health concerns.

• You will need to bring all your own equipment - yoga mat or something to lay on, pillow, blanket/s, warm socks - many people like to use an eye pillow and cushions or bolster under the back of their knees.

• The space opens 5 mins before we start - before that we are setting up the space so please wait outside.

• Limited £10 concessions are available for those on low income - please speak to me if you cannot afford £10 but feel you need to be there, we are always happy to help.
