The sounds are offered in a gentle way to suit accompanied children of all ages, with some movement and interactivity before a short session of laying down, snuggling up, receiving the healing sounds. We take time at the end to share and let the children touch and play the instruments. Please note the 4.30pm start tim this month (usually 4pm).

Ali works with hang drum, gongs, singing bowls and elemental sounds which are all well received by children when offered in a gentle, intuitive way. It is lovely to share a wordless, healing space with our family and many parents feed back that their children sleep well and are relaxed for the week ahead.

• Please speak to Ali before booking if you have tinnitus, epilepsy, pace maker, if you are pregnant or have metal implants from recent surgery - or with any other health concerns.

• You will need to bring all your own equipment - yoga mats or something to lay on, pillow, blanket/s, warm socks - many adults like to use an eye pillow and cushions or bolster under the back of their knees. Dressing in layers is helpful for moving around and then being still and comfy.

• The space opens 10 mins before we start - before that we are setting up the space so please wait outside.

• We find 3+ works best for this event but all children are different. Older children (10+ with an accompanying adult) are also welcome at our regular events.

• Please note, although we want to give parents/ guardians time to relax your children must be supervised around the gongs and other equipment.
