Welcome to our full moon sound journey at ZedShed. Ali is an experienced sound therapist who works with gongs, crystal bowls, voice, drum, flute, lyre and elemental instruments like ocean drum, shakers, rainstick. The flow and experience of the sound is different each time depending on your energy, intention and an intuitive selection of instruments. The full moon is a potent time to explore the tides of body-mind-emotions along with the lunar energies. To align with our wholeness in a shared space of sacred sound.

Since ancient times sound has been used as medicine and for meditation. We blend together modern and ancient instruments to envelop your body in layers of richly healing vibrations. Sound leads us towards inner silence. See my website/ blog for more info on the effects and benefits of sound.

Who is this session for:

ZedShed is a beautiful eco space on the water; these group sessions have a welcoming, community feel and we have many newcomers to sound healing attending each month.

Please speak to Ali in advance if you are pregnant or have a pace maker, epilepsy, metal implants from recent surgery, tinnitus or hearing issues. Generally we are laying on the floor but if you need a chair please ask - there is also disabled lift access at the venue (please let me know if you need to access this).

What to bring:

• Yoga mat or something to lay on

• Blanket/s

• Pillow

• Eye pillow/ scarf (optional_

• Bolster or cushions for behind the knees (optional - good for low back issues)

• Water to drink

• Best to wear loose, comfy layers

Investment:

£14 Regular tickets / £11 concession for anyone who cannot meet the regular ticket price.

£120 bundle available for any 10 sessions in 2024 (please let us know in advance when you are coming and it is your responsibility to keep an eye on the schedule and newsletter for dates).
