I offer sound healing and sound ceremonies for individuals and private groups of up to 4 at our incredible roundhouse sound temple near Helford, on The Lizard Peninsula of Cornwall. An intuitive combination of instruments resonates with your present needs and intentions. This ‘sound medicine’ is a powerful and natural way to shift energetic blockages or focus on specific health and emotional issues.

Join me on a women’s retreat in beautifully wild Cornish locations. At the heart of each programme is the intention to deepen your connection with sacred sound; weaving in supportive movement, breath, meditation practises and seasonal plant based meals. Connecting with nature, flowing back to source.
Sound bath events
For over 10 years I have been hosting public sound bath meditations, also called sound journeys. This is a way to access a deeply relaxed, meditative, self healing state through the vibrations of gongs and other sacred instruments. I also arrange special seasonal ceremonies, sounding in nature and all night gong pujas.
